Processing and dispatch

Orders ship from New York City. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Some handmade, preorder or made-to-order pieces require additional processing time; any different turnaround time is stated on the product page. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Shipping methods and costs

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $60 or more. Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout for your address. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package after you receive tracking.
